Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Introduction

These terms govern use of MOZIC, the web platform for organizing music in private and publishing only what you choose. The Studio stores repertoire, materials, setlists, rehearsals, shows, classes, and bookings. Public pages and Explore show published profiles, informative listings of places and services, and events.

By creating an account, publishing a page, or using the platform, you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of MOZIC

MOZIC is for musicians, bands, teachers, rooms, studios, and services who want to organize work in a workspace and, if they choose, show a public page.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable permission to use the platform under these terms and the features available on your account. MOZIC is not a streaming service, a social network, or a recording studio.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for activity under your Google access, unless you tell us about unauthorized use. We do not store your Google password.

Registration details must be accurate. Do not create an account for someone else without authorization, or a public profile that pretends to be someone you are not.

User content

You create or import the content: songs, lyrics, chords, setlists, notes, materials, public-page text, and the rest.

You keep ownership of your creative content. MOZIC does not claim ownership of your songs, lyrics, arrangements, or recordings. You give us a technical permission to host it, show it in your workspace, sync it, and share it with members you invite.

If you publish a page, you also give us permission to show it to visitors and list it in Explore while it stays published. Taking it down ends that public-display permission.

Public pages and Explore

A public page shows only what you mark as public. Explore lists those profiles. People without an account can view them. Studio material is not published on its own.

You are responsible for public claims: bio, dates, places, links, and contact details. We may take down a page that breaks these terms or the law, with notice when reasonable.

Inquiries

Contact, booking, or service inquiry forms send the workspace a name, email, message, and optional details the form asks for, such as venue, date, city, or budget.

MOZIC delivers the inquiry. MOZIC does not contract, charge, or promise that the workspace will reply or accept. Any agreement is between the sender and the workspace.

Room and studio bookings

A room or studio can take slot requests from its page. The slot is booked when the room confirms it, or on sending if the room chose to confirm instantly. Price, deposit, cancellation, and house rules are set by each room.

MOZIC does not charge or hold money. If the room asks for a deposit, you transfer it straight to the room and upload the receipt. Only a verified workspace can ask for a deposit. «Verificado» means MOZIC checked the workspace is who it says it is; it does not guarantee its service.

The room is responsible for its payment details, for confirming or declining in time, and for using the booker's data only for that booking. Pages marked as examples are fictional: their forms answer but store or send nothing.

Classes and student access

A teacher or academy can add students, courses, classes, fees, and grades. The fee log is only a record: MOZIC does not collect fees.

Whoever enters student data is responsible for having the student's permission and, if the student is a minor, that of a parent or guardian. The student access link is personal: do not share it. The teacher decides what the student sees and can cut access at any time.

Explore listings, events, and reminders

Some Explore listings are informative: we build them from public data (for example, Google Places or the place's website) and they may be incomplete or out of date. Being in Explore does not mean the place uses MOZIC or that we recommend it. Whoever runs the place can claim the listing; anyone can report an error. We may correct or remove a listing.

Events come from public calendars or from workspaces themselves. Dates, times, prices, and tickets can change: confirm them with the organizer. When the source gives no end time, we estimate it.

«Avisame cuando empiece» and «Seguir» send a push before the event if your browser allows it. We do our best to deliver it on time, but we do not guarantee it.

Rights in third-party works

You are responsible for having the rights you need for anything you upload, paste, import, share, or publish: lyrics, sheet music, chords, transcriptions, demos, samples, covers, or references to other people’s works.

MOZIC organizes and presents material. We do not review or guarantee licenses for third-party works. If you use protected material, have permission or a legal exception that applies in your country.

The same applies to material you share with students, colleagues, or your band, such as method PDFs, scores, or recordings. What you upload and share is your responsibility: MOZIC does not check it before it is published and is not liable for how you use other people’s works.

If you believe content infringes your rights, write to contacto@mozic.app saying where it is and why. We review it and may remove it.

Shared workspaces

In a shared workspace, people with access may see what you add. Each person is responsible for what they contribute. Whoever administers the workspace manages members and permissions with the available features.

Invite only people who should see that material. Do not put someone else’s private content in the workspace without their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use MOZIC to:

  • Break laws or copyrights, trademarks, or privacy
  • Impersonate another person, band, room, or project
  • Upload malware, spam, or abusive or illegal content
  • Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
  • Scrape the directory or overload the service
  • Publish a workspace’s private material without permission
  • Use contacts from listings, inquiries, or bookings to send unsolicited advertising
  • Claim a listing or request a verification that is not yours

We may suspend or close accounts, and take down public pages, that break these rules. We give notice when reasonable.

Availability

We try to keep MOZIC available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, errors, or outages can happen.

Offline use covers the setlists, shows, and material you prepare on the device, and it opens for up to 30 days without a connection. It does not cover the whole Studio or the public page.

Changes to the platform

We may change, add, or remove features, designs, or limits. If a change materially affects how you use MOZIC, we communicate it in a reasonable way.

Cancellation or deletion

You may stop using MOZIC at any time. You can delete the account in the app, under Profile → Delete account, or write to the contact email. Taking down a public page does not delete the Studio. Archived workspaces and deleted accounts are fully erased after 90 days, as the Privacy Policy explains.

We may also close inactive accounts or accounts that violate these terms, looking at the context.

Limitation of liability

MOZIC is provided as is, to the extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for data loss, interruptions, errors in content people enter, decisions about repertoire or rights, or agreements that come from an inquiry or a public page.

Our total liability does not exceed what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event, or zero if there was no payment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version stays at this URL, with its date. Continuing to use MOZIC after a change means you accept the revised terms, unless the law requires additional consent.
