Everyone answers yes, maybe or no for the rehearsal or show, with a note. Message anyone who hasn't answered on WhatsApp.
Comments and decisions
What was agreed on a song, rehearsal or show stays written down for the whole band, with decisions marked apart.
Show logistics
Where and when you meet, load-in, travel, lodging and that date's rider.
A link for your sub
When someone covers a date, send them a link that expires: times, venue and the set with that show's keys. No account, and nothing else from the band.
The money from each show
What came in, costs, each member's share and who pays whom, with their payment alias. It's a record: MOZIC doesn't move money.

Your whole repertoire: Each song with lyrics and chords, versions, sheets, audio and notes. Key and tempo always at hand.
A setlist for every date: Build the set, put it in order and see how long it runs. Each setlist knows which show it is for.
